We as a clan have been struggling for a period of time largely due to server problems amongst other things.

It has been decided that we need to take various steps to help improve how we work and communicate.

A new website will be up soon as we feel this one doesn't seem like a home :).

Founders/Leaders will need to become more active with servers configurations, keeping them up to date and to our requirements. Founders/Leaders should always use main communication tools like Ventrilo, Steam, Xfire,IRC and be active on our website.

All admins/leaders should use Ventrilo frequently, if not all the time. This is for various reasons like communicating with other admins/members in the same server you are in, some users may have requests for various things and you may also need to adminstrate ventrilo itself. Failure to become active on ventrilo may mean you have your admin removed.

Members should try to use Ventrilo and other useful programs like IRC and Xfire when they can and as much as they can, Some people don't bother because they think "I am on steam" well not everyone within the community uses Steam and you could meet them on things like Ventrilo, IRC and Xfire and get to know people you already know better. An example of this would be You would never know Flaming Death is such a security Freak! :P He will probably tell me to put a password on this post! :)

We are also struggling on the donations front, Us founders don't mind paying for it, but currently we don't have any money! Please donate if you can, even if its a spare £1 in your paypal.

We will be installing a new hard drive on Rush Alpha (The main Box) to improve performance once we have the funds to pay for it and the fee to be able to install it in the datacentre.

We will upgrade our second dedicated box to a quad core once we have sufficient funds.

I fully agree on the scouts helping out the demo. He is toast when 1 or 2 enemy scouts go after him unprotected. The demo is kinda like a medic when facing the enemy team, he can wreck enormous damage, with the right protection.
